Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Seafood Cornbread


Is there any dish that isn’t improved by seafood? Not in our opinion! That’s why we took a Cajun food staple and married it with an American classic! Our seafood cornbread stuffed pork tenderloin is seasoned to perfection and stuffed with our homemade seafood cornbread dressing mix to create a dish that’s the best of both land and sea! Oh and did we mention it’s wrapped in bacon? Yum!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place tenderloin in a baking pan and cover with foil
  3. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
