Our crawfish stuffed pork loin is seasoned to perfection and stuffed with our homemade crawfish boudin to create a dish that’s the best of both land and sea!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place pork loin in a baking pan and cover with foil
- Bake for 1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
