Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Crawfish


Is there any dish that isn’t improved by crawfish? Not in our opinion! That’s why we took a Cajun food staple and married it with an American classic! Our crawfish stuffed pork tenderloin is seasoned to perfection and stuffed with our homemade crawfish boudin to create a dish that’s the best of both land and sea! Oh and did we mention it’s wrapped in bacon? Yum!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place tenderloin in a baking pan and cover with foil
  3. Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
