Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Crawfish
Is there any dish that isn’t improved by crawfish? Not in our opinion! That’s why we took a Cajun food staple and married it with an American classic! Our crawfish stuffed pork tenderloin is seasoned to perfection and stuffed with our homemade crawfish boudin to create a dish that’s the best of both land and sea! Oh and did we mention it’s wrapped in bacon? Yum!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place tenderloin in a baking pan and cover with foil
- Bake for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
