Is there any dish that isn’t improved by crawfish? Not in our opinion! That’s why we took a Cajun food staple and married it with an American classic! Our crawfish stuffed pork chops are thick cut, seasoned to perfection, and stuffed with our homemade crawfish boudin to create a dish that’s the best of both land and sea!

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Place pork chops in a baking pan and cover with foil
  3. Bake for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
